Create a birthday or other celebration with a WOW factor with amazing themed backdrops and tables, complete with a balloon garland for picture perfect memories. Please note that these are only suitable for indoor hire; either your home or event venue.

Free set up and collection within 5 miles of DE22 2US, for set up further afield please see here for small additional fee
Hire for up to 48 hrs (extension may be available by prior arrangement please contact)
Hire items include:
White background curtain & stand
Hanging age sign or other sign (Oh Baby ect)
1.50 m wide x 2m high Aluminium Frame and Themed Cover
Name Personalisation on panel using removable vinyl
3 Pedestal Tables and Themed covers
Display table with table tulle table skirt
10 cm light up age number or baby letters
Small Balloon Garland (as per photos) using high quality biodegradable latex balloons
3 PVC clear Vinyl wipeable table mats (reusable, please return wiped)
Post box, Standee or additional circle table, depending on chosen set up
Insurance

In all cases £50 deposit required on booking to hold date which will be refunded on undamaged, clean return. If your event is cancelled unexpectedly, deposit can be carried forward to one future date. Please note this is in addition to £150
Full payment must be made in advance.
Typical hire period is set up on day of party and taking away the day after. Usual hire period is Friday to Sunday or Monday.
If at a venue, please note set up may take up to 60 minuits, so access before the party will be required

Dimensions are as follows :
Panel frame: 150cm diameter (height with stand 223cm)

Pedestal tables:
Large - 40cm diameter x 90cm height
Medium - 36cm diameter x 75cm height
Small - 33cm diameter x 60cm height

Small trestle table diameter: 80cm

Backdrop curtain (optional if space is limited) 2x2 m

48 Hr hire period, may be extended subject to availability.

£50 Refundable deposit required at booking (which can be moved to a new date if party/ celebration is cancelled prior to collection). This will be returned on inspection of the return in undamaged clean condition.

We operate out of DE22 (Allestree area of Derby). Free set up and collection within 5 miles, further afield incurs a small additional charge, see here.

FREE SETUP WITHIN 5 MILE RADIUS

Free delivery, set up and collection within 5 miles of DE22 2US as per blue circle on the map to the right.
Between 5 miles and 10 miles of DE22 2US there is a £10 surcharge for delivery, set up and collection.
Between 10 and 15 Miles of DE22 2US there is a £15 surcharge for delivery, set up and collection.
Between 15 and 20 Miles of DE22 2US there is a £20 surcharge for delivery, set up and collection.
For further afield than 20 miles delivery set up and collection charge TBC. Please contact to discuss.
Example of set up and collection is set up Friday before the party and collection Monday after the party. We will discuss this at booking.
